Where are Alisa Textiles products manufactured?
Alisa Textile’s cushion covers and kitchen textiles are designed and manufactured in the EU. Learn more about our manufacturer and their great work! 

What fabric is used ?
The fabric used is 100% Organic Cotton. 

How are the fabrics printed?
The technology that is used for printing is energy efficient and allows print on demand, leaving no waste or byproducts that could not be further used. Ink-jet printers with biodegradable inks are being used to print on cotton. All prints are made with ecologically friendly pigment inks which are non-hazardous, toxin-free and certified with GOTS and an OEKO-TEX Eco Passport. Pigment inks are considered one of the most environmentally-friendly and sustainable options available for the textile industry today. 

How do I take care of the cushion covers?

In order to maintain the appearance and durability of this fabric, we recommend the following care system:

  • machine wash on 30 °C using mild detergents and no bleach

  • tumble drying is not recommended because it can damage the fabric’s surface and print quality, but if it is performed, it should be done below 800 Rpm

  • iron on the reverse side at a lower temperature

  • we recommend avoiding dry-cleaning

  • Air drying out of direct sunlight

    Can I use the cushion covers outdoors?
    No, Alisa’s cushion covers are only to be used indoors.

    What are the tiny specs of fabric on my pillow?
    Due to the process of printing on natural fabric it is normal that little pieces of lint have fallen off after the fabric has been printed.

    What are the shipping rates?
    International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on parcel weight.

    What do I do if my order has arrived damaged or hasn’t arrived at all?
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
