These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Alisa Creative LLC, the administrator of www.alisatextile.com (the Website,) and the Website’s visitors. By loading the Website the visitors agree to read and comply with the Terms of Use and all appendices thereto.

You may use the Website in a manner of good faith and in full compliance with the rules and requirements set forth in these Terms of Use. The provision of our services does not include the provision of computer and/or other client’s equipment and Internet connection, necessary to access the Website.
01.Scope
The Website is accessible to all visitors without any discrimination feature. Our Website and services are currently mainly targeted at EU users. Visitors outside of the EU may access the Website but we do not guarantee that we can process their orders and provide shipments services to non-EU countries.
02.Purpose
Upon visiting our Website you can: 1) discover more about our company and the goods and services we offer; 2) check our contact details, as well as get informed about your data subject rights and how to exercise them; 3) register a user profile; 4) subscribe to our newsletter; 5) place an order for the goods you`ve selected.
03.Agreement
By accepting the Terms of Use you agree to receive electronic messages and statements related to the Website (including via e-mail). Each message may constitute a legally binding statement. In that regard, all messages (including e-mail correspondence) constitute electronic statements.

You’re allowed to store, print and display the Content for your own personal use only. You are not allowed to use any part of this Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
05.Social media
We may link our company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram etc.) on the Website. Facebook and Instagram are third parties who are most likely to collect and process your personal data for various purposes, as well as install cookies and other tracking technologies on your device. We shall bear no responsibility for the data processing carried out by those third parties.
User Account, Orders and Payments
In order to use our services effectively you can register a user account on the Website. Your registration information will be handled by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should review prior to registering with us. Upon registration, you will be required to select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password at all times.
You may need to have a registered user account to place an order for the products you`ve selected. When you place an order you`ll be guided through the next steps in order to finish your purchase. We use the services of a third party for payment processing. Currently, we are using the services provided by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited) and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). The payment processing is regulated according to the applicable agreements, general conditions and privacy policies of the provider of this service and/or the issuer of your bank card, and we are not responsible in the event of errors and/or additional fee charges.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number as well.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. We will publish the updated Terms of Use in a visible and easily accessible manner. The amended Terms of Use shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Website unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Legal disputes
If something goes wrong, we accept to communicate in a manner of good faith. Any legal dispute or claim shall be decided upon negotiations and the goodwill of each party concerned.
However, if it is not possible to reach a mutual agreement any disputes shall be decided by the competent court of law that has the jurisdiction to do so. In case of a private law dispute with an international element the court that shall have jurisdiction to decide must be determined by the rules of Private International Law. The applicable law to the present agreement shall be the one of the State where you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.
