Shipping Policy

Currently we offer shipping to all EU Member Countries. 

Order Processing

It will take 2 to 3 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email for us to get your package out the door. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due do errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.  

If you need assistance with your oder, please contact us at hello@alisatextile.com . We will not be able to make changes to your order after is has been shipped. 

International shipping (All EU Member Countries)

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Parcels are fully tracked to their destination. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All orders in Bulgaria come with Free Shipping.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Learn more about our Terms of sale.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@alisatextile.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
